For some reason, the "Send Money' facility is not available with my a/c. So, how does another TD US$ a/c holder transfer money into my TD US$ a/c?

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble making a transfer, David. We'd be glad to provide alternatives.
First, we recommend reaching out to our Tech Support Specialists in regard to Send Money as they may be able to troubleshoot any issues you may be having. They are available 24/7 at 800-493-7562.
In regard to sending funds to another TD Customer, you are able to make single or recurring payments using Bill Pay. To sign in, please visit here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once logged in, you're able to create a new biller by selecting Add a Person or Company. Since you've mentioned that you're sending funds to an individual, you will be required to enter their information manually.
You are also able to make a transfer to another TD Customer by speaking to a Teller at your local TD Store. Simply fill out the appropriate deposit and withdrawal slips at your local Store and the Teller will handle the rest!
