Thank you for your question tonight on TD Helps, Jene.
As the checks you are inquiring about were cashed prior to the most recent 60 days of your account history, you should be able to view the check numbers, amounts and posting dates in your monthly statements for 2014 via Online Banking. Additionally, if you had previously signed up for paperless statements or requested to receive copies of your check images on your paper statements, your check images should be included on the last page of your monthly statements.
If you are already enrolled for our Online Banking service, after logging in your account from here http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, please follow the steps below to obtain your statements:
- Click on the ''Accounts'' tab at the top of the screen
- Click on the account number you would like to view statements on
- Click on the ''Statements'' tab
- Choose the statement period you would like to view and click ''View Statement.''
- You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
If you have not yet enrolled for online banking and have a TD Bank Debit card, please follow this link to first enroll for our online service http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. If you do not have a TD Bank debit card or are experiencing any difficulties while doing the online enrollment, you may contact our Banking Specialists who are available 24/7. When calling our Specialists at 888-751-9000, we do require account verification, for security purposes.
If these images were not available for you via your online banking account, you may request to have check copies mailed to you by calling us 24/7 at the same number listed above to speak with a Customer Service Representative. You should expect to receive your copies at your address on file within 7 to 10 business days. You may also stop by your local TD Bank Store location to submit this request in person.
