Good to see you here on TD Helps! Sounds like you're talking about our optional TD Debit Card Advance service and we'll be happy to discuss this with you.
If you are referring to TD Debit Card Advance, this is an optional overdraft service we offer with our checking accounts that can help you avoid debit card declines. If your account is enrolled in this service, we may allow you to authorize ATM transactions or one-time debit card purchases even if you don't have enough money available in your account. We ask that you take a look here: http://bit.ly/1voNBCy for more details and also here: http://bit.ly/Yv0ulC for more specific information. Fees can be assessed for the use of this service and our current Fee Schedule is also listed here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
Please note that as this is a discretionary service, a purchase or withdrawal on your account can be declined even if your account is enrolled in this feature. You can also view the TD Debit Card Advance Frequently Asked Questions here: http://bit.ly/1sXNJNf, which may help you better understand this service.
We encourage you to give us a call so that we can fully explain this for you and any answer any remaining questions. We're available 24/7 at 888-751-9000, or stop in and see us at any Store listed here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this clears it up a bit for you and enjoy the rest of your Sunday!
