Good morning, Alicia, and welcome to TD Helps.
This is a great question, and we'll be more than happy to help!
Here at TD Bank, when your debit card is going to expire, we will mail a new card directly to your address so that you may have access to an active card before your current card reaches its expiration date. When debit cards are mailed, it will be done so in a white, discreet envelope for the security of your account, and if you have not received your card, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
Should you need to obtain a new debit card, we'd like to recommend that you visit your nearest TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with a Customer Service Representative. All of our Store locations have instant issue debit card machines, so by visiting a Store location, you'll be able to obtain a card on the spot! To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
If you're unable to visit a Store location, we completely understand, but please don't worry! You also have the option of calling and speaking with a Banking Specialists or sending us a secure message to request to have a card mailed to your address.
If you would like to call, you may simply dialing 1-888-751-9000, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If sending a secure message is more convenient for you, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
Should you decide to send us a secure message to make your debit card request, we recommend providing the address you would like to receive your card, as this information will need to be confirmed before proceeding with your request. Once your card has been mailed, it will typically take anywhere from 7-10 business days to arrive at your address; however, please know that this can vary depending on your postal service.
If you have any additional questions or concerns, Alicia, please don't hesitate to let us know.
We hope you have a fantastic day!
Brittany M, Mount Laurel
