Hi Odair, thanks for letting us assist you at TD Helps today! We're glad you stopped by, and we're happy to help you manage your account.
We currently do not offer text messages alert; however, TD Bank does offer email alerts that can be set up via your Online Banking account. You're welcome to establish a high- or low-balance alert, an alert when a new statement becomes available to view, and alerts for new Secured Messages.
You can view more information on how to set these alerts by logging into your Online Banking and clicking the Alerts tab. After clicking the Alerts tab you will then choose Set up a New Alert. Online Banking will then ask you to specify what type of alert you are creating and once you do, please select "Continue." You will then be asked to select your preferences and contact information. By selecting "Finish," your alert will be saved.
If you're not yet using Online Banking for your account, please start here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, Social Security number, a TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card, and your email address. Once you’ve entered this info, you'll be immediately enrolled in online banking and you can visit the Alerts tab to set up your preferences. And any questions or issues with enrollment or your alerts can be directed to a knowledgeable Digital Specialist 24/7 at 1-800-493-7562. You may also visit us during lobby hours at any TD Store. For assistance locating a TD Store near you, please click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please keep in mind that these alerts are sent via email, and will only be directed to your cellular device if you have your email attached to your phone.
We hope we've helped you today, Odair. Have a great day!
