I'm collecting pension from Poland in the Polish Bank, but I want to set the direct deposit in TD Bank. What Bank Code should institution in Poland use to set the ACH Direct Deposit. What I understand - the Swift Code is necessary for international transaction, but in this situation will 'Routing Number' work?

Thank you for joining us here at TD Helps, Wieslawa. We'll be happy to provide the information needed in order to receive your pension from a Polish bank.
As the funds will be coming from a financial institution outside the United States, you will need to provide the appropriate information for incoming international wire transfer. Please know that ACH direct deposit is only available if the funds are being sent by a financial institution within the United States.
If the funds will be sent in U.S. currency by the Polish bank, please provide the following information to them:
Wire to: TD Bank, N.A. Wilmington, Delaware, ABA: 0311-0126-6, Your complete name as it appears on Your TD account, along with your TD account number.
For international wire transfer in U.S. currency, if the financial institution sending the wire transfer to TD Bank is unable to accept the ABA/Routing number for an international transfer and they are requiring you to provide a BIC/SWIFT code in order to send a transfer (already in U.S. currency) into your account, then they should use the following information instead:
Wire to (Beneficiary Bank): TD Bank, N.A. BIC/Swift Code: NRTHUS33XXX Bank Address: TD BANK, N.A. 6000 Atrium Way Mount Laurel, NJ 08054, USA
In Favor of: Beneficiary Account Number: Your full TD Bank account number Beneficiary Full Name: Your full name as we have it listed on the account Beneficiary Address: The address we have listed on Your TD Bank account
Keep in mind the above instructions are for or international wire transfer in U.S. Currency only – if this international wire is being sent in foreign currency you must instead use the following information:
Wire to: The Toronto-Dominion Bank Swift Code: TDOMCATTTOR Bank Address: The Toronto-Dominion Bank, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M5K 1A2
For Further Credit to (Beneficiary Bank): TD Bank, N.A. Swift code: NRTHUS33XXX Beneficiary Bank Address: TD BANK, N.A. 6000 Atrium Way Mount Laurel, NJ 08054, USA
In Favor of: Beneficiary Account Number: Your full TD Bank account number Beneficiary Full Name: Your full name as we have it listed on the account Beneficiary Address: Your address exactly as it appears on the account
Additionally, we strongly recommend connecting with the financial institution sending the wire transfer to determine if they require you to provide an ABA#/Routing#, or a BIC/SWIFT Code to complete the transfer.
Please know that we do not process incoming Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) wires and they will be returned to the sender. When sending or receiving a wire transfer, fees may apply regardless of the currency sent. For a full list of current fees including wire transfers, please review our most current Personal Fee Schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
If we can assist you again, please feel free to write to us anytime! We hope this helps and enjoy your day, Wieslawa.
