Thank you for reaching us on TD Helps, Vera. We'd be happy to help you obtain check copies.
You are able to view check copies written from your account on your statements if you are enrolled for Online Banking and paperless statements. If you are already enrolled for our Online Banking, after logging in your account from here http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, please follow the steps below to obtain your statements:
- Click on the ''Accounts'' tab at the top of the screen
- Click on the account number you would like to view statements on
- Click on the ''Statements'' tab
- Choose the statement period you would like to view and click ''View Statement.''
- You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
You may also locate the check images (posted during current and previous statement cycles) online by following the steps below:
1. Click on the ''Accounts'' tab
2. Click on the blue hyperlink of your accounts name
3. Click on "Power Search" link, which is located on the right hand side of ''Account History.''
4. Enter the Check Number you are looking for and click on ''Search.''
If the check has been presented for payment, click on the “View Check Image” link next to Check Number to obtain a front and back copy of the check.
If you are having trouble locating the check image, feel free to request a check copy by sending a secure message while you're logged into your online account. You can then send us a secure message by clicking on the "Customer Service" tab, and using the "Send a Message" link.
If you have not yet enrolled for Online Banking and have a TD Bank Debit Card, please follow this link to first enroll for our online service http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. If you do not have a TD Bank Debit Card or are experiencing any difficulties while doing the online enrollment, you may contact our Banking Specialists who are available 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000.
Additionally, you may request to have check copies mailed to you by calling us 24/7 at the same number listed above to speak with a Customer Service Representative. You should expect to receive your check copies at your address on file within 7 to 10 business days. Please note delays may occur depending on your postal office. You may also stop by your local TD Bank Store location to submit this request in person. To find out the nearest TD Store near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Fees may be applied for this service. For more information, please refer to our current Personal Fee Schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt (please see "copies" for more details).
If this is in reference to a check not drawn off of your account, we ask that you contact the maker of the check for verification.
We hope this helps, Vera and have a good day.
