If you are currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may order them directly through tdbank.com by following these steps:
- Log into Online Banking by clicking: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq
- Click on the ''Customer Service" tab
- Under ''Self Service'' section click on ''Order Checks''
If you'd prefer, our Customer Service Representatives are available 24/7 to help you place your check order. You can reach us at 888-751-9000. If you find yourself near a TD Bank location, feel free to stop in during lobby hours for assistance with your order as well! For hours and locations please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please keep in mind, if you do not currently use Online Banking and have never ordered checks with TD Bank before you will have to either call us or visit a TD Bank Store to place your first order, for security purposes.
If you’re a business Customer you may reorder checks by logging into BusinessDirect. Once you're logged in, go to the “Service Center” and select “Order Checks.” If this is your first order of checks for your business or if you have recently had an address change, rather than ordering Online, please give us a call at 888-751-9000 or visit your local TD Bank.
Regardless of how the order is placed, checks typically take 7-10 business days to arrive to your address.
