Welcome to TD Helps, Mohammad. We'd be happy to help with your Online Banking.
Security questions are typically set up during the enrollment process of Online Banking. If you have not currently signed up, you may do so anytime here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number, Social Security number and email address. By following the prompts, you will end up creating your security questions prior to viewing your accounts. If you have trouble with the enrollment process or are missing the mentioned pieces of information, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance. You may do so 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or by visiting a TD Store in your area. For Store hours and locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Our Representatives can also help you with your security questions 24/7 by dialing the number listed above or by visiting a TD Store.
A few tips to consider that may help you with remembering your security questions and answers include:
- Only selecting security questions that are meaningful to you. For instance, if your pets are more important to you than your first car, select the pet question.
- Avoiding abbreviations in your answer, like "Rd." instead of "Road".
- Answers to your security questions are not case-sensitive. So you only have to remember the answer - not whether or not you capped any of the words in your answer.
For additional security question tips and other helpful hints for answering your security questions you can visit: http://bit.ly/1ikiYdw.
We hope this helps, Mohammad and have a good day.
