Welcome to TD Helps, David. We'd be glad to help you sign up for Bill Pay.
In order to sign up for Bill Pay for your business, you must first enroll for TD BusinessDirect. Please follow this link: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6. Once you’re at the “Sign Up for TD Bank BusinessDirect” page, please complete the application. You will need your Tax Identification Number, account number, ATM/Debit Card number, the business name, and your e-mail address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 2 business days that contains your User ID and password.

Once signed up for BusinessDirect, you must be sure to accept the Bill Pay User Agreement. Feel free to log in to BusinessDirect here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8.
