Borrowing & Managing Your Credit
In reply to Betty, Mebourne Beach
Hi Betty, we hope you're having a great Holiday weekend!
It sounds like you have a loan with us and we'd like to shed some light on this for you. Your statement period and date(s) should be listed on the top right corner of your monthly bills. Please understand that your particular statement period as well as the total due each month may vary from loan to loan, and we'd like to discuss this further with you to help alleviate your concerns. We kindly ask that you give us a call 24/7 at 800-937-5020 so that a member of our Financial Solutions Group may assist you directly and review your total amount due and statement periods with you. We'd also be able to answer any additional questions that you may have!
If you'd prefer, feel free to stop by one of our Store locations at your earliest convenience so that we may discuss this. Find the Store closest to you and their hours here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you have a TD Credit Card with us and not a loan, we'd still like to review this further, and ask that you contact us at 888-561-8861 (also available 24/7) if you are not able to make it into a Store location.
We hope to talk to you soon Betty, and until then, take care!
