when i bought my home i was assessed at a higher property tax rate than I should have. since buying the home this has been corrected to the right rate. my monthly escrow payments were higher than they needed to be. as a result there is a surplus in my escrow account. they tax bills were sent out last month (october). how long after those bills were received by TD bank can i expect the bill to be paid, my monthly payment to be readjusted and my reimbursement of the excess to be made to me. thank you.
