I payed my cable bill but they haven't took the money yet when do it come out of pending back into my count if they don't take it

It sounds like you're referring to a payment you made with your TD Visa Debit card. When an item is authorized, there is an expiration date depending on the merchant. When this expires it will either post to your account or "fall off" depending on when we receive the final receipt from the merchant.
