I HAD THOUGHT I DID NOT RECEIVE A NEW CREDIT CARD WHEN IT EXPIRED ABOUT A YEAR AGO, I RECENTLY FOUND A LETTER THAT HAD BEEN MISPLACED AND IT HAD MY REPLACEMENT CARD IN IT. HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO ACTIVATE MY NEW CARD? DO I NEED TO ASK FOR A REPLACEMENT?

Welcome to the TD Helps Community, Delcia.
As you've mentioned you received your new card by mail, it will need to be activated so that you can select your PIN. The instructions should have been included with your new card, or if you don't have these any longer feel free to use our Activation line at 888-553-4122. Please follow the prompts and your card will be activated by the end of your call. For activation instructions and discounts available with your debit card, please see http://bit.ly/1FZhWQn.
If you have any other questions regarding your card or account, Ofelia, please just give us a call! We're here for you 24/7 at 888-751-9000, or come see us at any of our Stores: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Have a great day, Delcia.
