How long do I have to wait for my debit card to arrive in mail. I applied for one on January 9, 2016, and I still haven't receive anything.

We understand your concern, Simon. We'd be glad to discuss.
When you order a debit card over the phone or via secure message, your new card typically takes about 7-10 business days to arrive at your address. Keep in mind there may be delays due to holidays and your post office.
If it has been longer than 7-10 business days and your new card has not yet arrived, we recommend contacting our Banking Specialists. You are able to reach them 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or by visiting any TD Store during lobby hours. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
You are also able to reach our Specialists via secure message. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
We hope this information helps, Simon and have a good day.
