I ordered an item online yesterday night. I canceled the order right away cause I bought the wrong one. The website told me that I'll be getting my refund back soon, but I'm not sure how long I'd have to wait in order to see it in my account. Can anybody give me a direct answer on how long I have to wait? It would be very helpful!

Credits for merchant returns typically takes 3-5 business days to be credited back onto your TD Bank Debit Card. In your case, it may take longer because your original debit card is closed. If you have yet to see your credit or wish to speak with us, you may connect with one of our Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000. You may also reach out to the merchant directly for more information on their return policy.
Please note; depending on the merchants' return policies, some do require to swipe the physical card in order to process the refund.
Just in case that you're referring to a TD Visa Credit Card, you will need to speak with TD Card Services directly at 888-561-8861 for further assistance. They're also available 24/7.

I have a question I bought a 99.00 life time subscription becuse they promised me over 15k movies and more if I upgraded I bought the lifetime membership to get the movies to find out they lied to me and ownly gave me free clips and pic I got riped off I called custermer serive and they did a depute aboute it I asked them how long before I get my money back they didnt answer they said I dont know I just want to know how long do I have to wait becuse I'm upset aboute this purches and I need the money so I can pay my friend becuse this company lied I was hopeing for a dream to come true and it was all fake and I didnt know this is the 1st time I ever did this and next time I guess I dont beleave everything things like that say I just want to know when I get my refund so I can feel better becuse I feel relay used now

As mentioned in our above response, refunds from merchants can take 3-5 business days to get credited to your account.
We are unable to determine exactly when the credit will post to your account, as we are unable to view personal information through TD Helps, since it is considered an unsecured forum.
If it has been passed the 3-5 business day timeframe, you are more than welcome to contact the merchant directly.
Once you attempt to resolve this with them, or since it sounds like you may have already done so, if they are unable or unwilling to provide a refund you can then dispute the item with us. If the charge was made via your TD Visa Debit card, to do so, you're welcome to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, or stop in at any TD Bank Store found here http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR for assistance. When filing a claim, we recommend taking note of who you may have spoken with, the date, and any other information that may be relevant so that we can include it on your claim.
