We're happy to clarify this for you.
You might already be aware of our general availability policy. In many cases, when making a deposit with us your funds become available to use on the business day after the deposit.
Using the TD Mobile App, if you make your deposit prior to 8:00 pm EST on a business day, typically the funds will be made available the following business day. Business days are every day except Saturdays, Sundays, and Federal holidays. If your deposit is made after 8:00 pm EST on a business day or on any weekend or Federal holiday, the next business day will be considered the deposit date, and the funds can generally be withdrawn the date after that.
For example, if you've made a mobile deposit during this long weekend, (anytime after 8:00 pm on Friday), the deposit date will be Tuesday, since that is the next business day; your funds would then generally be available on Wednesday morning. Please keep in mind that the $100 same-day availability policy which applies to most Teller and ATM deposits does not apply to Mobile Deposits.
