We got a Cashier's Check last week for a car down payment and them switched car dealerships. Is there a deadline to be able to come back to the bank and get the cash back? Thanks! Julie

Thank you for stopping by TD Helps today, Julie. We'll be able to provide some guidance.
In order to process a refund for the Official Check you ordered, you would need to bring in the receipt given the day of your transaction. After additional verification, such as I.D. (Driver's License, passport, etc), we will gladly assist with your concerns.
Please know that if you do not have the receipt, we ask that you visit the TD Store in which you purchased the Official Check.
If you do not recall the exact location you visited, you can use this Store Locator to find the address: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Thanks for the question, Julie. Let us know if there's anything else we can do for you.
