I ordered some books from Amazon Japan on 12/28/2015, And canceled it when it was "preparing for shipping". Amazon Japan already make a authorization of the amount on my account. My question is how long is that authorization will be there until its refunded back to my account since i canceled my order?
PS: Its been two days already and shows a new charge?? In my pending section on 12/29/2015, My available balance reflects the amount i should have not the pending one.

Thanks for your question, Mahfuza. We'd be glad to discuss pending transactions.
Depending on the type of transaction you may be referring to, different time frames can apply until it applies or is removed from your account.
If the transaction is a pending debit card transaction, please note that the transaction will be completed and no longer pending once the merchant has requested to collect the funds or refund them. This usually takes 2-3 business days, but can last longer for certain authorizations including online purchases, travel sites, hotels, and car rental companies.
If you're referring to a debit (and ACH transaction) which uses your routing and account numbers, these are typically completed within one business day after you see them pending on your account.
Please know that TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum. Because of this, we do not have access to your account/personal information in order to determine for certain when your transaction will be removed from the pending status. We recommend reaching out to our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Banking Specialists will be glad to review the transaction.
Similarly, you are able to visit us during lobby hours at any TD Store for help. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps, Mahfuza. Have a great day.
