Once the check order has been placed, you should expect to receive your order in the mail within 7 to 10 business days. Please note; delays may occur depending on your postal office. However, expedited shipping option is available at additional cost.
If you don't have any checks currently and need to make some payments right away, you may obtain some temporary checks by visiting your local TD Bank store. To find out TD store locations near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We'd also like to take this opportunity to inform you that at TD Bank, we offer free Online Bill Pay service. We invite you visit here: http://bit.ly/1iuOJVb for additional information about our Online Bill Pay service.
To enroll for our Online Bill Pay service, you will need to log into your Online Banking account by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq . Then you will need to select the "Bill Pay" tab. You will then be asked to accept the Bill Pay User Agreement. Once accepted, you can then immediately begin scheduling your bills! If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking and wish to enroll for Online Banking for your accounts, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your Social Security Number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
If you do not have all the required information to set up for Online Banking or you wish to learn more about our Bill Pay service, you may contact us 24/7 at 1-888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started. We can also place the check order for you via telephone.
Once you're logged on to your account, you can also order checks right through our site by following the steps below:
Click on the ''Customer Service tab'' Under ''Self Service'' section click on ''Order Checks'' Choose the Checking account number from the drop down list if you have more than one Checking account, then click on "Continue" Click "OK" to open an additional window, you will be able to view Checking products Catalogs including checks, deposit tickets, checkbook covers and all other accessories.
