I had a few hundred in my account, but by accident my sale person charged on the wrong card. Then I had to tell her to void the transaction ? I need to know if I will get charged since my account is emptied and how long does the voided transaction take?

When you make a purchase with your debit card the funds are immediately deducted from your available balance and the transaction will be placed in the pending section of your account. When a transaction is cancelled, the refund can typically take 3-5 business days.

After account verification, a Representative will be able to review the account with you and provide options on how to proceed.
