i had an account with online banking already and i opened another account via phone and the agent said it would show up with my other account online banking

A new account will take one full business day to show on an Online Banking profile. However, you can reach out to our dedicated Online Banking team directly at 800-493-7562. They are available 24/7 and are willing to assist you with making the account visible immediately after proper account authentication. Another option is to send us a secured message through your Online Banking account, by selecting the Customer Service tab.
