If you have previously made a purchase using your TD Visa Debit Card and later canceled your order, your refund should be returned to the debit card you used on the original purchase.
Credits for merchant returns typically takes 3-5 business days to be credited back onto your TD Bank Debit Card. If you have yet to see your credit after 5 business days, you may connect with one of our Banking Specialists 24/7 at (888) 751-9000 or visit your local TD Store, during lobby hours. Additionally, if you are enrolled for online banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile.
