Hey, Hailey, welcome to TD Helps and thank you for sending us your question.
Once your check order has been placed, you should expect to receive your checks via mail within 7 to 10 business days. Please note; delays may occur depending on your postal office.
If you need to write some checks before receiving your new checks, you may obtain some temporary checks by vising your local TD Bank store. To find out TD store locations near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Here at TD Bank, we also offer free Online Bill Pay service. We invite you visit here: http://bit.ly/1o0rwbX for additional information about our Online Bill Pay service.
To enroll for our Online Bill Pay service, you will need to log into your Online Banking account by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq . Then you will need to select the "Bill Pay" tab. You will then be asked to accept the Bill Pay User Agreement. Once accepted, you can then immediately begin scheduling your bills! We also like to invite you to take a look at our Bill Pay FAQs by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1gWIrp7.
If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking and wish to enroll for Online Banking for your accounts, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your Social Security Number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
If you do not have all the required information to set up for Online Banking or you wish to learn more about our Bill Pay service, you may contact us 24/7 at 1-800-493-7562 to speak with a Digital Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started.
Hailey, we hope all of this information helps and feel free to contact us again with any other questions.
