Typically after a mortgage is paid off, any funds in escrow are held for 2-3 weeks and then released to the Customer via mailed check. Keep in mind that the length of time may vary based on your specific account however.

You are able to do so 24/7 by dialing 800-937-5020 and our Financial Solutions Group Representatives will be happy to assist you.
