Welcome to TD helps, Tabatha.
Typically, the State or Federal government may let you know the date on which they will send your refund. Kindly keep in mind that this does not necessarily reflect the date on which the funds will become available in your account. Direct deposits can take 3-5 business days or more to be completed. Once the deposit is completed, the funds will be available to use the same morning as the date of your deposit. Also, in general you can check on the status of your State or Federal refund directly with the depositor for more information.
For any questions you may have or if you'd like to see if we have received any information about your expected deposit, feel free to give us a call! We're available 24/7 for you and we can be reached at 888-751-9000. Or you can stop in at any of our convenient Store locations found here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Thanks for reaching out and take care, Tabatha.

Welcome back, Tabatha.
Generally speaking for direct deposits, funds are available to you on the date designated by your depositor. These types of deposits are processed overnight at varying times and will be available for use once processing is complete. We invite you to look at our Personal Deposit Account Agreement here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ. On pages 38-41 you can find our Funds Availability Policy along with information about when you'll have access to deposits.
Please know that we would like to assist you here, however we do not have access to your personal information as TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum.
If you have any questions or concerns, we ask that you contact a Banking Specialist 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
Have a good one, Tabatha.
