How long will it take for the money to put back on my card

It sounds as though you may be expecting a refund from a merchant to be credited back to your TD Bank Debit Card. If this is the case, we'll be more than happy to help!
Generally speaking, when a merchant is to provide you with a refund to your debit or credit card, it typically takes anywhere from 5-10 business days to be credited to your account, and it's important to note that this time frame can vary depending on the merchant. If you would prefer to confirm when you should expect a refund to your account, we'd like to recommend that you speak with the merchant directly.

If you currently have access to your Online Banking, you may also send us a Secure Message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
