An account will be placed in a collection status after it has been overdrawn for 60 calendar days, or such earlier time that the Bank determines the overdraft balance to be uncollectible. Once the account is placed in this status, it would be necessary for our Customer to contact our Recovery Department at 800-742-2651, Monday through Friday 8am-9pm or Saturday 8am-5pm.
