Based on your question, it sounds as though you've recently used our External Transfer service.
If you choose to send an External Transfer, you will have two delivery options, three day or next day delivery. The next day delivery option is not available for Savings accounts. To qualify for the next day delivery option, you must wait 90 days from your first successful 3-day transfer and must not have had any transactions that overdrew your account in the past 90 days.
If you have further questions about your specific transfer, we advise that you speak with our Tech Support Specialists directly for help. You are able to reach them 24/7 by dialing 800-493-7562. They would be glad to help with the specifics of your transfer.
