Thank you for coming to us here on TD Helps, Christine! We're glad to provide the information that you seek.
If you recently opened your account either online or by telephone and requested a debit card, you should expect to receive your debit card via mail within 7-10 business days. Please note, delays may occur depending on your Postal Office.
If you need your debit card sooner, you have the option of stopping by any TD Bank location during lobby hours and pick one up within five minutes! Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a Store near you. Once at the Store, please ask the Store representative to close it since it will no longer be useful once you activate the card you will receive at the Store.
Let us know if you have any questions and have a great one!

We understand your concern, Yansel and we'd be glad to discuss.
We recommend taking a look at our friend Yen's reply above for an explanation in regard to how long it typically takes for a debit card to be mailed.
If you need a new debit card sooner, she also provides options for you that may be helpful. If you have any additional questions, feel free to reach out to our Banking Specialists 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000.
Thanks for joining in, Yansel and have a good day.

Here at TD Bank, all of our Store locations have instant issue machines where you may obtain a debit card on the spot, 7 days a week! To do so, simply visit your nearest TD Store location during lobby hours, to speak with one of our knowledgeable Customer Service Representatives. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Additionally, just in case you are referring to a TD Bank Credit Card, we're happy to announce that if you currently have the TD Cash Credit Card, or the TD Business Solutions Credit Card, you may now also obtain a new card at any of our Store locations, during lobby hours! It's important to note that when looking to obtain a credit card on the spot at any of our Store locations, your application must have already been approved.
If you have any questions at all, you're more than welcome to connect with one of our Banking Specialists, 24/7, who will be happy to help you at 1-888-751-9000.
Thanks again for stopping by, Marvin!
