Thanks for choosing TD Bank for your banking needs, Jasmin. Welcome to the TD Family!
After your new debit card is mailed, you should expect to receive it at the address you provided within 7 to 10 business days. Please note; delays may occur depending on your postal office. If your new debit card has not been delivered within this approximate time frame or you need one as soon as possible, you may certainly obtain one by visiting any of your local TD Bank Store location, during normal lobby hours with your valid photo I.D. To find out TD Store locations and hours near you, please visit, http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR. All TD Bank Stores have an instant issue machine where you may obtain a new card seven days a week while you wait. You will walk out with a new card in your hand! Once at the Store, please ask the Store representative to close the card which is being mailed to you since it will no longer be useful once you activate the card you will receive at the Store.
If you have any additional questions for us, please feel free to reach out to our 24/7 Banking Specialists directly at 888-751-9000.
Thanks again for stopping by today, Jasmin. We hope you have a great day!
