Good to see you on TD Helps, Slate! That's a great question and we'll be glad to answer it for you.
Based on your question, it sounds like you recently opened a savings account with us and wish to transfer funds into it. If you already have an account with us, you can transfer funds instantly through Online Banking. The transfer typically posts to your account on the next business day.
If you're not currently enrolled for online banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 888-751-9000.Once you're signed into your account, please click on the "Transfers" tab and then follow the prompts to transfer funds from your other TD Bank account into your new savings account.
If you are referring to your new account appearing through online banking, it normally takes one full business day for you to be able to view it. If this time has passed, feel free to give us a call at the telephone number listed above, visit us at any TD Bank Store or send us a secure message through online banking. To send a secured message, please sign into your account and select "Send a message," which is located underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
If we've misunderstood your question in any way, please reply to our message with additional details so we can better assist you.
We hope this helps, Slate and have a great night!
