I recently moved, and changed my address online. When I was paying a bill online with my visa/debit card they said my billing address did not match the card billing address.

As you have already submitted your address change request, it normally would go in effect within 2-3 business days. If the timeframe has passed, please feel free to contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and one of our friendly Banking Specialists will be more than happy to correct the address for your debit card.
