One way to check up on the status of a loan application is to call us 24/7 at 800-937-5020 and speak with a dedicated Representative from our Financial Solutions Group who can provide more details. If you are seeking the status for a Mortgage Loan Application, and you have submitted the application online, you would also have the option of checking by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1ni9Gzu. Simply input the User ID and Password you created at the time of your application.
Once you've applied for a loan with TD Bank, you will automatically receive a letter sent by mail within the first 10 business days after you have submitted your application, this letter will contain the Loan Application decision and other information.
