As this is pertaining to your account specifically, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance. You may do so by contacting us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours. For lobby hours and locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you are enrolled for Online Banking, you may also send us a secure message. To send a secured message you must first login to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see and option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center.” If you are not currently enrolled, you may do so by following this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that you will need your account number, Social Security number, ATM/Visa Debit card number and email address to complete the enrollment. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact the number mentioned above or visit your local TD Store.
