Thanks for stopping by TD Helps today, Michelle.
If you are inquiring about how long it takes for your ATM withdrawal to post to your account, the authorized amount typically takes one to two (1-2) business days to post to your account history. Your available balance decreases by the amount authorized on your debit card at the time you make the withdrawal.
Example: If you use your debit card for a $50.00 withdrawal, your available balance will immediately decrease by that amount. That $50.00 transaction will show as “ATM AUTHORIZATION” under the pending transactions for your account. When the transaction posts to your account, it will show in your account history.
To find out when an ATM withdrawal is no longer pending, feel free to give Customer Service a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000. We also offer an automated service that can give you a run-down of your 10 most recent transactions at 800-937-2000 (800-YES-2000). Another option would be checking your pending transactions through your TD Online Banking account at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. If you are not enrolled in Online Banking, click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to get set-up. Make sure that you have your Social Security number, TD Bank ATM /Visa Debit Card, account number and e-mail address. If your ATM/Visa Debit Card is not available, please contact our 24/7 Digital Department at 800-493-7562 to speak with a Digital Specialist or you can visit your local TD Bank during lobby hours for further assistance. If you visit a TD Bank Store a Customer Service Representative can give you a print out of your account activity. Check http://bit.ly/TDStores for hours and locations near you.
Hope this helps and enjoy the rest of your day!
