Thank you for joining us in the TD Helps community, Diamantine. We know how exciting and stressful first time home buying can be and we are happy to help point you in the right direction!
To sign up for the first time home buyer program, you will need to reach out to the state where you are residing directly. Please know that once you finish the program and receive the certificate, it is normally valid for a year. However, please confirm this information with the state when you sign up for the program, because this information may vary by state.
We'd also like to invite you to visit: http://bit.ly/1kXwRSs for more information on our First Time Homebuyer's Kit.
