Happy Friday, Jessica, and welcome to TD Helps!
It's great to hear from you today. We'll be more than happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have!
Some checks, such as payroll and government checks, have an expiration date, which limits the time period when the check can be cashed or deposited. Here at TD Bank, generally speaking, checks that are more than 6 months old may be considered stale dated; however, they still may be eligible for negotiation at a financial institution.
If you have a TD Bank Money Order in your possession, and would like to confirm if it's still valid, you're more than welcome to connect with your nearest TD Store location so that a Customer Service Representative may further assist you. For your convenience, Representatives are here to help during lobby hours, and you're welcome to use the link here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR to find your nearest Store, as well as their hours and contact information.
We sincerely hope you found this information helpful, Jessica, and please let us know if we can answer any additional questions or concerns you may have!
Have a fantastic start to your weekend!
