Thanks for coming to TD Helps with your question, Aleksandar.
We're glad you've opened your account with us!
With any new customer relationship, we may sometimes hold check deposits for up to 7 days to ensure we receive funds from the originating bank. This can occur with any check deposit in the first 30 days of the relationship and is laid out it the Personal Deposit Account Agreement, which you can view online here: https://go.td.com/1kb17UQ. You'll find information about funds availability on pages 41-44. After 30 days, you should have standard next day availability on all check deposits.
We'd be happy to take a look at your account and this deposit with you. We should be able to give you that date that you can expect to the funds to be released. As TD Helps is considered an unsecure forum, we do not have access to your account information. Please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or stop in to see us at any of our Stores. We look forward to hearing from you soon, Alekandar! Have a great day.
