I opened an account online last week with TD bank and was wondering what the average wait time is to receive my debit card.

Thank you for reaching out to us on TD Helps, Daniel. We would be happy to assist with finding out the status of your debit card. We thank you for opening an account with us!
Debit cards are mailed out approximately 7-10 business days following the verified opening of the new Checking Account. Please note when the card is mailed to you, it will come in a plain white envelope for security purposes.
If you need your debit card sooner than it coming in the mail, you're more than welcome to visit a TD Bank Store and we'll make one for you. To see our locations and hours check out http://bit.ly/TDStores. Once at the Store, if you have already ordered a new debit card which is currently being mailed, please ask the Store representative to close it since it will no longer be useful once you activate the card you will receive at the Store.
Hope this answered your question, Daniel. Enjoy your new Checking Account, and have a great day!
