Thanks for your question, Christine. We'd be glad to discuss statements with you.
Please know that checking account statements are released every 30 days and savings account statements are released quarterly.
If you've elected to receive statements in the mail, this information will be sent to you at the close of your statement period and should arrive within 7-10 business days depending on your post office.
You are able to review this information online prior to receiving your statement in the mail. To do so, you would need to enroll in Online Banking here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, ATM/debit card, Social Security Number and email address.
If you're missing any of this information, you are able to call our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and they would be glad to help you enroll. You are also able to visit a TD Store during lobby hours to sign up. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Once signed in, you are able to view and print any statements available by following the steps below:
1. Click on the accounts link at the top of the screen.
2. Click on the checking account number you would like to view statements on.
3. Click on the “Statements & Notices” tab.
4. Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View Statement”.
5. You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement.
We hope this information helps, Christine. Have a good weekend.
