Thanks for coming by TD Helps, Nadine! We'll be sure to provide the ways that you can change your address and order checks.
One of the easiest ways to change your address would be giving one of our 24/7 Banking Specialists a call at 888-751-9000. Once our Banking Specialists verify your account information, they'll be able to change your address for your accounts. Please keep in mind that it can take 2-3 business days for your address change to reflect through online banking.
You could also update your address at any TD Bank during lobby hours. After your account information is verified, our Banking Specialists can update your address. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
If you're enrolled in online banking, you could send us a secure message as well. . If you're not currently enrolled for online banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at the telephone number listed above. To send a secure message, please sign into your account and select "Send a message"; which is located underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page.
Once your address change is complete, you can order your new checks. Feel free to give us a call at the telephone number listed above, visit any TD Bank during lobby hours or order checks directly through your online banking. To order your checks online, please sign into your account, click on the Customer Service tab, select Order Checks and follow the prompts. You'll be able to select the shipping method and style of checks as well.
We hope this answers your question, Nadine and have a great night!
