Typically, once you enroll for Online Banking for your personal account(s), you will have immediate access. If you have a TD Business account and you enrolled for TD BusinessDirect, you should expect receive an email containing your user ID and temporary password within 48 business hours. Please note, we also recommend checking your Spam folder as it is possible that the email could be routed there.
If you are unable to access your TD Online Banking, to better assist you we ask that you call us at 888-751-9000. If you have not received the email for your BusinessDirect, please contact our Small Business Team at 800-493-7562, option 2. Our Specialists are available 24/7 after account verification; we'd be to look into this further with you.
