Good day Mike, thanks for joining us here at TD Helps.
From your description, it sounds like your transactions were made using your TD Bank Visa Debit Card. The status of your pending transactions depends on how the transactions were made and we'd be happy to go over these scenarios with you.
When selecting the "credit" portion or Visa side of your Debit Card, the funds are placed on hold from your account and put into your pending file. While the authorized amount typically takes three to five business days to post to your account, the timing really depends on the merchant where you made a purchase. Please note merchants have up to 180 days to post pending transactions; however, it is unusual for an item to exceed five business days. Occasionally, pending Debit Card amounts listed may not equal the amount of the actual transaction. When the transactions clear, the actual amount will be reflected in account history. Examples of these transactions may include Debit Card purchases at restaurants or for gasoline.
If you made a purchase by entering your PIN via your TD Debit card, typically that purchase will post to your account by the next business day.

This link will take you directly to our "Personal Deposit Account Agreement;" please select page 7 for more information on the "Processing Orders for Payment Checks and other items" which includes Debit Card transactions, deposits, and checks.
If you have specific questions about your account and the transactions that are pending, we ask that you contact us directly. You may do so by dialing 888-751-9000, 24 hours a day 7 days a week or by visiting your nearest TD Store. For hours and locations to Stores near you please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps Mike. Have a great day and let us know if you have any other questions.
