Thanks for writing in, Julie! We're more than happy to talk with you about depositing at TD Bank.
You'll be glad to know that if you make a check deposit with a Teller at TD Bank, there is no limit to the number of checks you may deposit or any maximum amount. For our Stores nearest you, please see http://bit.ly/TDStores for our locations and lobby hours.
At our ATMs, you'll be able to deposit up to 50 cash bills envelope-free at any TD Bank ATM which accepts deposits. When depositing checks, our Green Machines can accept up to 30 of those at a time. If you have more than 30 checks to deposit at an ATM, you're welcome to initiate another transaction to deposit the rest. Although there is no dollar limit placed for your ATM deposits, if you have a large dollar deposit to make, we may recommend that this be done with a Teller to ensure the quickest availability of the funds.
If you'll be depositing using TD Mobile Deposit, please note that Mobile Deposit limits depend on the length of your relationship with TD Bank. At this time, the limits to the amounts you can deposit using the Mobile Deposit feature for your Personal accounts are as follows:
3-6 months, deposit up to: - Daily Limit: $1,000 - 30-day Limit: $2,500
6-12 months, deposit up to: - Daily Limit: $2,500 - 30-day Limit: $3,500
More than 1 year, deposit up to: - Daily Limit: $2,500 - 30-day Limit: $6,000
Please note, the limits are subject to change. Additionally, please also keep in mind that the 30-day limit is a rolling limit and does not follow the calendar month or the statement cycle for your account. We invite you to take a look here: http://bit.ly/1e3jiYF for more information along with the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for TD Bank Mobile Deposit.
Also, you're welcome to look at our Personal Deposit Account Agreement here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ. On pages 38-41 you can find our Funds Availability Policy along with information about when you'll have access to deposits.
We hope this is the information you were looking for, Julie! Enjoy the rest of your day.
