I received a voided check for a customer that we are going to be ACH'ing. It looks like the account number (right of routing) is 9 digits. Is that standard?

This is a great question, and we're happy to help.
Here at TD Bank, the length of an account number can vary based on a couple different scenarios, and we apologize for any inconvenience as we would be unable to confirm if the account number you were given by your customer is in fact valid.
If you would like to confirm that the account number listed on the check you have received is accurate, we recommend that you connect with your customer directly. While we would like to assist you, please understand that the security of our Customer's information is the top priority here at TD Bank, and we would also be unable to confirm this information over the phone or within a TD Store location.
