You can certainly have three signers on a Checking account.
If you have an existing Checking account with TD Bank and would like to add additional signers on that account, you may visit your nearest TD Bank during lobby hours so that all signers can sign an updated signature card. If you would like to open a new Checking account with multiple signers on it, you may certainly do so by visiting your local TD Bank location. All signers need to be present for the account opening process. Keep in mind that a valid photo ID (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.) is required for the account opening process as well as each signer's Social Security number.

In order to open a business account, the account signer(s) must visit a TD Bank Store and be present for the account opening process along with the following documents: a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.) and Social Security number. For a non-resident aliens opening a business account, you will need two valid forms of ID and a W-8Ben must be completed during the account opening process. Also, be sure to bring the Tax Identification Number for your business.
