If I make two mistakes entering my online password, and I make a third mistake a month later, will I be locked out of my online acccount?

Thanks for coming to TD Helps with your question, Waiman!
If the password is entered incorrectly three times, it will lock the online banking. You're absolutely right, this is cumulative. If one day you enter it incorrectly twice, and then enter it incorrectly again a few days later, it could lock you out. But we can always fix this for you. If you know you've entered your password incorrectly a couple of times before getting logged in, of if you've been locked out, just give us a call. We can reset the failed attempts or unlock your profile, if necessary. Our Tech Support Specialists are here 24/7 to help with your online banking at 800-493-7562. You can also stop in to see us at any of our Stores to be assisted in person. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
We hope this info helps, Waiman. If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to give us a call. We also have Customer Service Representatives available 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for any of your banking needs.
Have a great day!
