Hello Fred and we're happy to have you visit us on TD Helps.
We want you to know that even though there isn't a limit to the amount of times you use your TD Bank Debit card, standard daily limits do apply. We invite you to look at our Personal Deposit Account Agreement: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ (pages 43-45).
If you think you may require a higher limit for a purchase or withdrawal than typically offered, we can provide a few options to request an increase. You can send us a written request via fax or Secure Message. You can send the fax to our Fulfillment Team at 856-533-1138, or please log into TD Bank Online Banking at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and use the Send a Message link after clicking the Customer Service tab. With either method, please include the following information:
• Subject: Limit Increase
• Account Number
• Debit/ATM Card Number
• Your Name
• Contact Telephone Number
• Amount of increase or decrease
• Indicate - Visa, POS, ATM
• Your Signature (for the fax option only)
You may also stop by your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours for assistance. For hours and locations near you, click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please note, limit increases are temporary and the transaction must be completed the same day that the limit increase is granted. If you are interested in a permanent limit increase or decrease, you must visit your local TD Store location to make the request.
If you do not feel that you've reached your limit for today or would like to have your account reviewed further, feel free to visit your nearest TD Bank Store or give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
Please understand, although we'd like to assist you directly, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
Hope this is helpful and please have an awesome weekend.
Sandy D, Mount Laurel
