Since you've mentioned that you do not have a Social Security number, we recommend that you contact us directly to activate your new card, and we will assist after proper verification. You may call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit a TD Store near you during lobby hours for assistance. For Store hours and locations near you please visit http://go.td.com/TDStores.
If you are currently outside of the US, we ask that you contact us 24/7 via telephone by dialing 1-856-751-9000, or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518.
